Using my experience from my previous role, I helped coordinate safety projects between ASPEX Manufacturing Microbiology, Chemistry, and Quality Assurance laboratories, North Manufacturing Microbiology, Component Chemistry, and Quality laboratories, and R&D management groups in Microbiology, Product Develop, Product Testing, Animal Sciences, and Analytical Chemistry departments. I lead a campaign to improve measured HSE Key Performance Indicators through near miss and good catch reporting and management walkthroughs.

Top projects included:Completing a PIT/Pedestrian Interaction survey and propose new pedestrian walkway routes to safely walk across the warehouses.Developed a digital Management Walkthrough "checklist" accessible via QR-code for use by managers to aide is their employee engagements and guide safety conversations. Shared template with other sites for adaptation to their specific needs.

I worked with project engineers, distribution coordinators, and contractors on the upgrading and outfitting of a new distribution warehouse by establishing minimum safety requirements. Performed air monitor sampling for Ethylene Oxide. Provided recommended engineering and administrative controls to minimize workplace exposure.

As the HSE Support Representative for our Distribution Centers and Manufacturing Warehouses in Fort Worth, I was responsible for managing safety initiatives for 2 distribution warehouses, 2 manufacturing warehouses, a raw materials warehouse, a cross dock, and a sales warehouse.As a subject matter expert on Powered Industrial Trucks, I authored a re-write of our site PIT Operations SOP, which was adopted by our Global HSE group for the corporate SOP. I worked with warehouse management on implementation of a automated PIT monitoring system to restrict access to trained associates, regulate speed, monitor impacts, and track use.
