Worked with ISM consultant to increase each program leader's knowledge of finance, marketing, enrollment, and program development. Led the search for permanent Director while working closely with Director of Business and Finance as well as Associate Headmaster.

Head of School for a co-educational, non-denominational K4-12 grade day school of over 430 students. Worked with Board of Trustees to re-write bylaws and reorganize Board committees to be mission-supportive and responsibility-aligned. Worked with School Leadership Team and faculty to establish Profile of The Heritage School Graduate, and develop a draft of the Qualities of the Heritage Professional that drive the culture of students, faculty and families at the school. Worked with School Leadership Team and outside consultants to engage in branding audit, facility master planning, program and facilities audits, and safety and security audits. Community engagement through Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and Board service with Communities in Schools, Coweta.
