As a child, I watched in awe as Kathy Freeman, Ian Thorpe won Gold and Nicki webster perform at the Sydney 2000 Olympic opening Ceremony. Never did I imagine I'd be part of the Olympic family. But, life had other plans! In this role, I independently managed Tech Support onsite in Sydney (AOC) and remotely for Olympic Winter Institute (OWIA) Melbourne based staff during the Tokyo and Beijing games, overseeing IT & AV requirements, including Salesforce Administration. I also led an 8-week live streaming project, self-learning Broadcast camera operation and studio creation. This ignited my fascination of creative technology in Film, TV, and Radio. I'm proud to have played a key role in supporting the Olympic movement in Australia and hold this time in my very close to my heart and the incredibly inspiring individuals who run the AOC.

In my early career, I made a bold transition from production keying & quality checking contracts, to a technical role, fueled by my curiosity for technology and passion for learning. Friendly kitchen chats and genuine connections paved the way for this significant leap. I supported all in-house applications and users nationwide across Australia during a pivotal print-to-digital transformation at Whitepages/Yellow Pages. As a key contributor, I developed an accessible knowledge base, creating comprehensive documentation for both Support teams and user-facing materials. Leading an offshore support team, I became a trusted point of contact and Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, respected by both support teams and users. I actively participated in Salesforce Release meetings, ensuring seamless business-wide communication. As my role evolved, I effortlessly transitioned from application support to hardware support, tackling hardware and telephony challenges with ease
