-Develop case strategy for nonimmigrant and immigrant matters (NIW, EB1A, O1, EB2, EB3, PERM, H-1B, TN, I-485, I-130, I-539, and more) for initial filings and responding to requests for evidence (RFE).-Supervise and mentor Case Managers to explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.-Review letters, forms, packages and other legal documents prepared by law clerks, case managers, and legal assistants and provide feedback on necessary adjustments.-Develop firmwide standards and procedures, including the use of case management software, to monitor case milestones for large caseload to ensure we meet legal and client deadlines.

-Worked with supervising attorneys to prepare petition letters, RFE response letters, briefs, memoranda, and other documents for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters-Collaborated with case managers to prepare and review packages with supporting documents-Conducted legal research to support case preparation.

-Conducted research regarding potential intellectual property infringement and drafted settlement agreements-Performed document review to prepare files to be placed into Legal Suite-Drafted amendments to the corporate documents to be presented to the Board at the Annual Meeting-Attended deposition preparation and a mediation session

-Drafted and filed corporate documents for starting businesses-Participated in client intake meetings

-Responsible for greeting guests, loading and unloading attractions, operated sophisticated ride systems, delivered narrations of varying lengths in front of large groups and provided audience control.-Received a formal guest compliment and "Four Keys Fanatic Cards" in recognition of great service in the areas of safety, courtesy, efficiency, and show. -Received award as the "Most Courteous" cast member in Seaside Attractions for 2014 and Cast Member of the Month in Seaside Attractions for April 2015.
