Human Resources Assistant (Account Management) For San Miguel Equity Investments Inc.
CurrentTalent Acquisition:- lead full recruitment life cycle; source, interview, contract drafting, onboard and offboard- utilize different sourcing strategies and social media platforms and job boards- collaborate with the HR Manager and management to determine talent requirements per department- provide recruitment and selection support HR audit & compliance on General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health:- execute timely submission of monthly and annual reports- mobilize the implementation of Mandatory 8-hour Safety and Health sessions - make sure the company complies with the General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety Regulations- conduct safety talks to employees at least once a month- successfully maintain and update DOLE binders every year to ensure preparedness and compliance Employee Relations and Engagement- As a trusted advisor, provide insights on talent development and employee engagement activities/programs** Collaborate with HR team members to design, arrange and schedule HR activities to boost employee engagement and satisfaction- Manage and employee relations issues to resolve conflicts, improve communication and promoting a positive environment- Conduct rollouts on new HR policies cascaded by top management- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development initiativePayroll and Total Rewards- Check accuracy of employee payroll including overtime hours, deductions, bonuses and leave management every payroll cutoff- Collaborate with HR Manager on annual compensation review, aligning salary increases, resulting to little turnover- Ensure enrollment of employees to respective HMOs and other benefitsLabor Relations- Participate on administration of employee grievance and discipline processesStakeholder Management- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employees, external organizations and partnersCSR- Support CSR programs & initiatives
