For the past 20 years, I've been helping clients navigate and find resolutions for some of the world’s most impactful cybercrime threats. I regularly help clients navigate situations that require digital forensic and incident response expertise. I routinely present to technical audiences, boards, c-suite, legal teams, private equity firms and executives on a regular basis.I have experience in leading large scale cyber incident response, civil and criminal digital forensic investigations and providing expert witness digital forensic testimony (written and oral). In addition, I'm sought out as expert to help clients, prepare for and respond to, regulatory and class-action lawsuits resulting from cyber data breaches. At CRA, our team assists companies and their counsel in seeking truth when independently responding to allegations of fraud, abuse, misconduct and non-compliance. We deliver deeper insights more quickly as a result of our commitment to deploying cross-trained teams of experienced forensic professionals. Before that, I was the Founder & Director of the Senator Patrick Leahy Center for Digital Investigation at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont where I was program director and lead professor for the computer forensic program. I was also a member of the Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and served as a member of the Vermont Governor’s Cyber Security Advisory Team. I also served as the Founding Chairman of the Board of Directors for BTV Ignite, an independent Burlington, Vermont based nonprofit focused on the creation of next generation gigabit infrastructure.
