With nearly 20 years of experience in child and youth care, mental health, and recreation, I am passionate about supporting personal, professional, and parental wellness through mind-body awareness practices, training and nutrition, transformation coaching, and skill-affirming workshops. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care, a Certified Personal Trainer credential, and certifications in crisis management and non-violent communication.As the Lead Coach and Director of Mindful Mountain Coaching, I support folks through inclusive, trauma-responsive, and neurodiverse-affirming lenses of holistic wellness. I work with diverse clients and groups to help them set reachable goals and create healthy habits, fostering self-awareness, accountability, and a whole lot of fun! I also design and deliver workshops on topics such as youth development, leadership and mind-body connections. My mission is to honour your lived experiences, co-discover resilience through every story and empower you to achieve your best-possible life.
