* Mission to develop and implement operational excellence programs within Maintenance area across all plants of Paper BU, aiming cost reduction and performance improvement.* Designing and implementing new processes, innovations, concepts, performance indicators, as well as standardization among all plants and production lines, ensuring corporate alignment while capturing synergies and operational efficiency. * Elaboration of benchmarks in other companies/sectors towards identification of best practices and suitability assessment. * Interface with Maintenance Supervisors from all plants and production lines; execution of training and implementation of new methodologies, ensuring awareness, engagement and deployment.* Interaction with top management for the presentation/defense of new programs and innovations.

* Responsible for failure analysis (FMEA) regarding electric, mechanic and automation. Acting next to 4 production lines of Suzano Plant.* Operation with near 8.000 equipment, encompassing valves, electric motors, PLC, DCS and electric panels.* Analysis of equipment failure tree (fault tree analysis), promoting technical recommendation aiming to avoid recurring events and reduction of shutdowns, as well as substitution of equipment/suppliers, (modernization needs and upgrades) modernization and updates needs.* Relationship with local and international suppliers to discuss technical occurrences, specifications, new models and functionalities.* Interaction with leadership teams from Production, Engineering and Manufacturing areas to assess and identify root-causes of failures and to implement actions towards mitigation/elimination.* Participation in the WCM Corporate Committee (World Class Maintenance); definition of action plans towards increase availability of production lines.

Suzano

* Responsible for planning corrective and preventive maintenance for 4 productions lines in Suzano Plant, encompassing electrical, mechanical, automation, boiler and instrumentation. Near 1,000 maintenance orders per month.* Definition of optimized stop (maintenance) windows, prioritization, considering time estimate and involved costs; contingency plans, provisioning of necessary resources, ensuring proper execution of programmed activities. * Interaction with leadership teams from Production, Procurement and Manufacturing for synchronization of initiatives, contracting of outsourced services and acquisition of equipment/parts.* Managing a team of 12 Engineers.

* Managing activities related to corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for 2 production lines (cut-size paper), encompassing electrical, mechanical, automation, boiler and instrumentation. * Operation with near 3.000 electric motors, 7.000 equipment and 3,500 PLC entry/exit points.* Managing a budget for Opex and Capex (modernizations, updates and substitutions).* Monitoring of extensive set of metrics and KPIs: unavailability, costs, orders backlog, overtime, working safety, trainings.* Interaction with Production leadership to discuss production stop scheduling, weekly routines, alternatives to reducing breakdowns and procedures for emergency situations.* Management of ISO 9.001, ISO 14.001, SA-800 and OHSAS 18.001 within Maintenance area.* Participation in the elaboration of Maintenance Annual Plan.

* Execution of corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance activities; identification of potential critical situations and elaboration of action plans; resolution of problems considering cost estimates, complexity and criticality. * Participation in the implementation of WCM (World Class Maintenance) and Routine Management.* Participation in the implementation of ISO 9.001 and OHSAS 18.001.
