Manage daily data center operations of the IPTV video hub offices serving Central & North Alabama to include the Birmingham, Huntsville-Decatur, Montgomery-Selma, & Columbus GA television markets. Management of raised floor data center environments consisting of facilities (Power, HVAC, Enviro, Health, Life & Safety); acquisition of local broadcast television content; operation and maintenance of VOD and IPTV servers, AT&T Integrated Cloud (AIC) & Network Cloud (NC) assets, maintenance of MPLS switch gear and routers; ensuring A/V quality, performing preventative and demand maintenance on the above, and the use of effective troubleshooting and repair techniques. Manage the “Engineer, Furnish & Install” (EF&I) vendor activity inside these spaces.Accomplishments and ongoing projects: • 100% of routine maintenance activities for all offices managed completed on time for 2020-2023 (to date). • ZERO plant operating errors for all offices managed (to date). • I have surpassed MTTR targets for all offices managed (to date).

I was awarded the April 2010 AT&T Service Leader Award for my achievements in this project. I led a nationwide team providing on-boarding and developmental assistance to newly hired technicians. • 2011 – 2013, I served on a nationwide optimization project team to achieve improvements at all AT&T video hub offices. PUE, energy usage, etc.• 2011 Certified as an AT&T Quality Management Systems (QMS) Six Sigma Green Belt / 2009 Yellow Belt. • 2009 and 2010, I served on the National Disaster Preparation special project team tasked with ensuring all AT&T video hub offices are prepared for natural disasters on an ongoing basis.

Manage all day to day operations of the BellSouth Entertainment video system servicing the City of Vestavia Hills, Alabama. I supervised a staff of technical manager employees providing installation, maintenance and trouble report resolution for video and high speed data customers. I managed the retail store experience and warehouse. • Ensured that the performance of the video headend and coaxial plant met or exceeded FCC standards (47CFR76 Subpart K) and in compliance with the local franchise agreement. • Maintained growth trajectory for both market penetration and ARPU. • Managed monthly churn to be consistently the lowest among all markets in the company footprint.• Delivered both one-on-one and group setting training sessions to maintain employee and corporate compliance with training milestones / standards. • Ensured compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and FMCSA applicable regulations.• Served on the legacy BellSouth Community Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) compliance project team. • Continuance of Business Manager’s duties with the consolidation of management roles.

Managed the day to day business office operations of the BellSouth Entertainment video system office serving the City of Vestavia Hills, Alabama. I supervised a staff of technical managers providing customer service and dispatch. • Achieved 43% market penetration within first five years in a cable TV overbuild. • Provided project management over installation contractors, inventory and logistics, door to door sales force. • Provided support to corporate finance and accounting; budget preparation and reconciliation; cash management • Provided relieving management support to the market general manager in his absence.

Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE): I have been a member since 2000. I served as the Dixie Chapter’s Treasurer and as a member of the Board of Directors until the expiration of my term in Dec 2008. I was awarded a certificate of recognition by the board of directors for superb service as the treasurer after the conclusion of my term. This position was on a voluntary basis and there was no compensation.• Properly receipted and accounted for all revenues and expenses for the chapter on a timely basis.• Submitted quarterly financial reports to the SCTE headquarters on a timely basis. • Reconciled chapter checking account monthly.

Managed the business operations for the seminar group providing back office support for field consultants. Processed source documentation for A/P for expenses related to events.• Pioneered the use of geo-coding marketing efforts within our Group to improve seminar scheduling effectiveness. • Created a client database for unified seminar billing and registration management. • Negotiated agreements with hotel and food & beverage vendors to manage expenses related to events.

Managed the expansion of the Automated Service Pricing (ASP) product line to coverage of all manufacturers of domestic and imported motor vehicles for North America. I provided leadership and management to three product development teams. • Presided over the department’s largest product coverage expansion in its history. • During my tenure, ASP became the division’s top selling product and accounted for nearly 45% of revenues.

Performed research and analysis of parts and labor data for common repairs and maintenance for automobiles serviced by franchised automotive dealership service departments. • Provided process improvements to create more efficient methods for obtaining the research data needed.
