I had previously worked for Viacom Cable from mid 1996 to mid 1998 where my primary responsibility was to assist our customer with needs such as billing questions or concerns, placing orders for new service, transferring service, adding or changing service plans. This position had a strong sales component as well. We had quotas to meet as up selling was a strong a focus in this position. I moved in 1998 to Northern CA. where I went to school (for a non related field) then returned to Oregon and was rehired on at AT&T as Viacom had merged with AT&T during the time I was gone.
