Provide accurate interpretation and translation of critical medical information in direct service to physicians and/or other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider. Maintaining thorough knowledge of complete vehicle lineup (TOYOTA), researching and staying abreast of automotive trends, engaging and informing hundreds of consumers on a daily basis at various automotive shows, Nascar and NHRA races, and a multitude of marketing events throughout the country, writing and presenting narrations on highlighted vehicles and brand initiatives, introducing consumers to the company's stance on eco -friendly technology such as alternative fuels and hybrids. Supervising a team of 12-80 brand ambassadors and lead generators per event and ensuring that the company's lead goals are met or surpassed and that the company is represented to the utmost from al marketing and advertising standpoints.

Serve as the liaison between the PBM and specified high volume clients: Universities, Government Agencies, Corporations, etc. Travel to open enrollment meetings on-site at the aforementioned client locations and educate the members about their pharmacy benefits for the calendar year. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Receive any prescription issues from members and forward them to the appropriate departments, be an expert on member eligibility, stay current with formulary updates, research inquiries about new drugs/high-cost drugs and coverage options on different plans, maintain a meticulous record of each open enrollment meeting: number of attendees, problems or issues, compliments or accolades, and formulate a thorough report for the executive team.
