Develop, and oversee the development of the State of Selangor Eco-system in the key cluster areas which are Aerospace/ Aviation, Halal & Toyyiban, ICT & E-Commerce and Biotech. From Trade and Investment in the key Cluster areas to FDI and DDIs - for both local SMEs and Foreign alike. Developing the States Action Plan for the State in the Cluster Area of Aerospace (to position the State of Selangor, Malaysia as the gateway to ASEAN in the Aerospace and Aviation arena) and Halal (to Position the State of Selangor as the Global Halal Hub). To create a successful link and strategic position - is to create an Eco-system that will be strategically linked and to allow the network to grow and develop be than independent in the near future - create future Giants!!

Managed and oversaw the key areas in Halal (The Global Halal Support Centre - GHSC) - which worked and managed key strategic areas such as in Technology in Halal (ICT and E-Commerce, Big Data - Datawarehouse on Halal Exports and Markets, E-learning, Halal backed by Science (Research and Development and Commercialization) - Halal Intellectual Property (IP), marketing and promotional activities on Halal as a New Strategic Arena of Trade and Investment, Halal Consultancy and Training both local and Internationally. Studied and looked into the fundamentals of Islamic Funding together with Crowd Funding, Venture Capital Funding (VC) and Coop.Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) was under the preview of the Ministry of International Trade and Investment (MITI Malaysia). Worked hand in hand with MITI as well as the Malaysian Governemtn GLCs and Agencies across Malaysia and Internationally. Worked with the Governments of Mexico and other parts of South America, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, India and many others.
