In this role, and under the direct supervision of the department Paint Booths I am one of four responsible for the operation of painting booths (flaming, primer, basecoat, and clearcoat), inspection, and ensuring control process parameters of the process in terms of painting application quality and efficiency. Resolving most frequent failures and basic maintenance: shaping air and bell cup of ABB’s painting robots that work with ASIS and FANUC systems (IRB 5400). Manage, instruct, and assign tasks to production personnel reporting to me. Review of production figures: volume, quality, and scrap.

Development of Bill of Materials of Starter & Alternator. Analysis and implementation of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Manufacturing Change Order (MCO). Generation internal and customer deviation. Upload and Maintenance of BOMs, Accepted Vendor List (AVL), Accepted Manufacturer List (AML) and specification, also update of all of them when the customer required. New product introductions (NPI). Handling product transfer and new product set up. Solving problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues. Management projects of cost reduction activities in areas like indirect material, raw material inventory, and scrap reduction.
