CurrentThe Cloud Hosting and Networks Office provides an array of enterprise hosting and cloud computing services to the Judiciary. • Applies project management practices and principles to implement major IT programs and services that align business and implementation strategies with the AO’s IT investments and strategic goals.• Manages projects for the Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) initiative to meet the goals of the Judiciary’s cybersecurity and modernization efforts, including onboarding ~2,700 court cloud servers to the AO’s asset management system, part of a phased strategy to optimize asset discovery in the data centers. • Developed strategic project plans for IT cybersecurity initiatives to modernize the Case Management and Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system, including supporting CM/ECF courts to adopt new security procedures for National Password Vault privileged access.• Executed the data center relocation project for West Coast CM/ECF courts, providing oversight for design and testing efforts of migration processes and ensuring that the project remained on schedule to migrate data and systems for 103 live environments with minimal disruption to business operations. • Managed the $9.8m IDC Security Operations program, which included component projects to enhance the overall security posture for the AO, including retiring legacy systems and transitioning AO and court IT staff to centralized processes for deployment, management, and tracking of CHNO-hosted assets. • Performs PPM reporting and data analysis to AO executive management and senior leadership for high-visibility projects, communicating project goals, monitoring progress on major milestones, and presenting roadmaps to achieve strategic business goals.• Analyzes technical and business processes in assigned areas of responsibility, identifying opportunities for process improvement, generating and evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations to management.
