• Manage a team responsible for customer acquisition & retention (through SEM, display, email) as well as product development and product marketing.• Lead for web design & testing project with goal of creating new design elements, messaging, navigation, etc. Use Google Content Experiments to find optimal results.• Manage planning, strategy, implementation, & optimization for paid media account with ad spend exceeding $4 million per year in a highly competitive retail market• Analyze online & offline data to determine lifetime value of goals, create detailed audience profiles, track user behavior across digital channels, devices and physical channels (web to store, web to phone, etc), support executive decisions• Experience with online video advertising (via YouTube) as well as national TV (via Google TV Ads)• Working knowledge of national TV advertising and large scale digital media buys• Work closely with executive team to plan, execute and report on major marketing objectives
