Assist and oversee the services of career coaching, job placement, and employability skills training services, ensuring participants receive high quality support and connections to opportunities that match their career aspirations. Responsible to cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with community organizations, employers, educational institutions, and government agencies, fostering collaborations to address workforce needs, develop training initiatives, and create employment prospects for program participants. Oversee the process of recruiting, training, and supervising program staff to ensure the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve program objectives.Overall, I assist and oversee the YMCA workforce Development Program helping employers to cover their workforce needs and participants with lessons in personal branding, resume writing, job search, interview techniques, and having access to top training programs to further their skills, as well as to professional networking opportunities with the added value of a dedicated Career Service Advisor that will assist the program’s participants with all necessary tools to re-enter the workforce or upgrade their skills with training programs.
