As Chairman and CEO of Rausch Coleman Homes, my mission is our company’s mission – improving quality of life, one home at a time. A Rausch Coleman neighborhood is bursting with firsts: first mortgages, first jobs, first loves, first borns, and many first memories. The majority of our customers are starting their home-buying journey with us, but some come to us for their forever home, too. In all we do, we are committed to quality and making homeownership possible for our hard-working neighbors in each community we serve. My grandfather, Ernest “Buddy” Coleman, founded the company and I’ve spent most of my life working alongside him, learning from him both industry insights and the value of serving others. My grandfather’s vision was simple - he wanted to provide quality homes people could afford. Buddy built Rausch Coleman Homes on a foundation of faith and his strong belief in the American dream of owning your home, and to this day, we honor those values in how we do business.Since stepping into my role as Chairman and CEO in 2006, I’ve leveraged my education from Southern Methodist University and my mentorship from Buddy to lead our company to new operations while staying true to who we are. Today, Rausch Coleman Homes is the 21st largest builder and the fourth largest privately held builder in the country. And we aren’t done yet. With more than twenty years of industry experience, my focus is to continue honoring God through servant leadership and improving as many lives as possible through home ownership of quality, sustainable, attainable homes.
