As the Process Safety Management Department Manager I am responsible for overseeing a group of several engineers that manage the PSM programs of over 300 different industrial refrigeration systems. I coordinate all engineering services with the customer and schedule engineers to complete all associated work. I am also responsible for the coordination and training of all instructors and resources for the Industrial Refrigeration Technical College.

This includes Standard Operating Procedures, Sequence of Operation, Lockout Tagout procedures, and Hazard Analyses. I am also responsible for completing OSHA audits such as Mechanical Integrity Inspections, Process Hazard Analyses, Compliance Audits, and Non-destructive testing.
