I was born and raised in small-town Montana, and am currently residing in Yakima, WA with my wife who is in medical school at PNWU, and continuing my professional rugby 7's career with the Saratoga Jockeys. Throughout the past 4 years, my travels have brought me to two separate professional rugby teams including the NOLA Gold & Rugby HTX/Houston Sabercats, as well as played professional 7's rugby for Select-Side teams (and recently won a National Championship!). I have been blessed to have spent 6 years in the hospitality industry as a FOS/FOM at multiple 5 - Diamond properties prior to my career in Health & Fitness. In addition to professional rugby and hospitality, I am an ACE & Super Slow-Motion Certified Personal Trainer. I entered this field to try to assist those who seem nervous about finding affordable/quality training, health coaching, and access to science-backed nutrition advice.Upon the closing of my rugby career, I would like to open a high-elevation, sport-specific training facility in Montana to help athletes excel into the national or Olympic level of competition, as well as continue to serve those who need someone to go above and beyond for them.
