In October of 2017 SST Industrial Marketing Inc. was put under new ownership and the name was changed to “J and M Tools Inc.,” with me as acting general manager. As the current G.M., my duties include creating sales revenue, training employees, hiring/ terminating, talent acquisition, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

I worked at SST Industrial Marketing Corporation, a firm that markets and sells supplies and equipment to truckers, farmers, excavators, and contractors for almost ten years. For most of this duration I was responsible for 30-35 % of all sales made by the organization. When it came to reliability, consistency, product knowledge, and sales ability, I was one of the top performers of approximately 150 employees that came and went over the years.

I spent my time with LiveSmart contributing to numerous areas of the business such as locating work personnel, forming legal contracts, turning customer proposals into well- organized and inventoried sales orders, and establishing the business in foot holes like social media. Since my employment at LiveSmart, it has become easily obtainable by customers via Twitter and Facebook, has a well- written legal draft which outlines its parameters with customers concerning products and services, and has access to experienced and reliable accountants for financial management. I also helped management formulate a new business plan for 2017 by performing a “profile of competitors” audit by researching the behavior and motivations of those in existing and potential target markets and determining the competitive advantages of rival companies.
