Responsible to lead technical escalation, new product introduction, implementation of Field Change Order (FCO) and solutions for Advantest’s advanced automated handling products, mostly South East Asia semiconductor manufacturing customers.

 Precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators. Adjust or align through shimming and other means of mechanical adjustments specified by blueprint or other specification limits. Utilize a variety of mechanical measuring equipment such as: Dial indicators, calipers and indicating micrometers to obtain proper assembly-build requirements. Maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies utilizing torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gages and other measuring devices. Required to work from assembly instructions, both written and oral. Perform various test operations on production or repair mechanical or hydraulic actuators using necessary hydraulic, mechanical and electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools. Diagnose common test failures and recommends or performs rework to' correct discrepancies. Hold problem units for engineering disposition. Ensure that units are set up and tested in conformance with current revision letters and brings to the Supervisor’s attention any condition that is abnormal. Utilize mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, and perform tests to validate the acceptance of the model to current test requirements.
