Project : 15 MW CFB Coal Fired DMCI Masbate Thermal Power Plant – Masbate Philippines. • Ensure the Plant Operation are in good condition and no power interruption.• Oversee efficiency of the operational processes. • Monitor and report to each department about the operation activities.• Assist the DMCI Operation personnel in Start-up, Shutdown & troubleshooting.• Provide detailed information and take advice to the operator.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation.

- Project 693MW x 2 Ultra-Supercritical, SOVR, Pulverized Coal fired in the country of Morocco.- Performed complete test runs of equipment to verify design parameters and actual test perform.- Checked, Reviewed & Modified the Parameters of the Equipment’s, Alarm Set points, Logic Diagram depends on the actual test & Operation.- Experienced Major troubles in Plant such as Boiler Tube Rapture, Condenser tube leakage, LP & HP Heaters Tube leakage, HP/IP & LP turbine blade high vibration and able to managed and resolved the issues.- Controlled DCS Emerson Ovation Operation and MHPS TCS HIACS 7000 Control System.- Established a reputation for the ability to develop strong relationships and work well with other contractors especially to the client.

- Project 275 MW x 3 Oil-fired & 60,000 m3/day Distillate Water Production- Revised Plant procedure in start-up and shutdown to optimize the plant operation.- Reviewed the P&ID, Equipment Specification, Logic Diagram & Single Line Diagram.- Controlled DCS Emerson Ovation and TCS Mark VIe operation in Power.- Worked with vendor representatives and other sub-contractors to achieved on time scheduled- Resolved and develop critical operation activities and obtained safety measure in the plant.

- Project 103 MW x 2 CFBC Coal-fired Power Plant- Led a team operator to maintain the smoothness operation and eliminate the risk of Plant interruption.- Conducted daily plant activity and operation report with Plant Manager and other Department Head.- Successfully controlled and maintained the plant in safe condition especially emergency calamities like strong typhoon and earthquake.- Managed and maintained the power distribution to the grid at optimum supply.
