Responsible all operations of Corrugated Sheet Plant. Responsible for manufacturing, design, customer service, sales service, logistics and inventory of the Dallas facility. Implement processes and procedures to accomplish the goal of becoming more efficient and profitable while still maintaining a customer focused organization and a team oriented environment.

Project Manager for ERP software installations specifically for the packaging (Corrugated) industry. Also provided Business Consulting services onsite at Corrugated clients across the United States, Canada, Mexico & The United Kingdom improving efficiencies in Production, Assembly, Shipping & Receiving as well as Customer/Sales Service. Consulting onsite in over 42 Corrugated facilities across the globe has given me a unique perspective on the inner workings of the corrugated industry.

Full P&L responsibility for Corrugated sheet plant operation with 2 production facilities. Responsible for all Purchasing, IT, Customer Service, Design, Estimating, and Accounting departments. Prior to that, I worked several years in each of those capacities learning the business from the ground up. Also worked 7 years on the manufacturing floor during and after college.
