I worked in the aviation department with a team of engineers that design and certify communication equipment suitable for aircraft. Developed a mobile test bench solution for all data link related testing including applications on ACARS, FANS 1/A, and Link 2000+ platforms. The test bench solution included a digital radio, satellite radio, integrated avionics, as well as user interface components. This provided a a fully integrated system for aircraft testing and certification.

As an intern I have been exposed to much of what the telecom industry has to offer and the challenges it faces in the future. I have developed specifications for the installation of new equipment on Sprint's network where the responsibilities included are: planning, ordering materials, and development of the installation procedure.

Hardware engineering intern where I worked with a group of engineers to develop a Digital Signal Processor. I worked with schematic designs, evaluated and modified several power supplies, and implemented a real time operating system for the microcontroller onboard.
