Dr. Jose Ramon Coz finished his PhD degree in Economy in Applied Economics at the Complutense University (Madrid) (summa cum laude). As well, he finished a second PhD degree in Computer Engineering from the UNED University (Madrid). He holds a M.S in Physics (University of Cantabria), a M.S. in Economics (Complutense University) and several graduate degrees in Telecommunications and Public Management (Polytechnic University of Madrid). In addition, he holds more than a dozen international certifications in Information Technology. He has over twenty years of experience in the field of ICT covering different positions: auditor, project manager, consultant, architect and analyst. Currently working as GNSS Cyber Internal Auditor at the European Space Agency, and he is a researcher in the Department of Applied Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid. He is professor at several institutions, universities and business schools. He collaborates as a reviewer for several international journals and he is member of several committees and IT associations.
