SiP and KGD DRAM Technology was new for Apple and faced fierce resistance from industry suppliers. Through deep strategy development and intense negotiations, delivered a seamless product launch at a cost below target. Developed, led, and negotiated support internally and externally for the KGD hub shipment initiative, which has been reapplied for future programs.
