Managed first ever WATCH ramp employing a new DRAM technology that required development and implementation of a new supply chain. SiP and KGD DRAM Technology was new for Apple and faced fierce resistance from industry suppliers. Through deep strategy development and intense negotiations, delivered a seamless product launch at a cost below target. Developed, led, and negotiated support internally and externally for the KGD hub shipment initiative, which has been reapplied for future programs. This further enabled pricing leverage with suppliers and prevents supply base from understanding Apple’s upstream and downstream business allocations.Managed the DRAM Brazil Manufacturing Localization initiative to deliver $x00M (amount confidential) in tax incentives while building a clear roadmap for Apple suppliers to begin manufacturing in Brazil.
