Current- Leads the day-to-day administration of Lactalis’ health and welfare plans for ~4,000 employees across the US. I manage a team of three specialists that supports twelve human resource teams from a shared services.
- Managed the RFP process for a new employee benefits broker. The new vendor relationship allowed for additional services, to include improved pharma oversight, enhanced employee communications, and increased compliance.
- Directs a multi-functional team consisting of HRIS, payroll, compensation, and benefits to produce total compensation statements for all ~4,000 employees of Lactalis.
- Resourced, communicated and managed the benefits package alignment and integration for 500 employees from a recent acquisition. The integration process enabled all employees to seamlessly transition and restructure.
- Manages the leave of absence process for 12 sites across the US. Inheriting an inconsistent process, I streamlined and enhanced the leave of absence processes by creating a standardized training plan for site HR teams.
- Led the administrative update process for quarterly 401(k) meetings to include compliance, auditing, and delivery of employee communications.
