As a permanent member of DiD Media, my responsibilites include client outreach and account management to maintain healthy relationships with our growing client base. I spearhead communication strategies to nurture existing partnerships while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.I also use my skill set to help our team on-site and often take on various roles to help produce content matching our client's unique needs and goals.

A new beginning to my career, combining everything I've learned about communication and leadership with my passions to provide full-package solutions. I work with multiple amazing companies to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to their business. This position is a realization of how much I enjoy being part of a complete customer journey and going above and beyond to produce quantifiable results.

This position continues my part-time work, now on a full-time basis. As the company grew and I finished university, it was mutually beneficial that I became more involved in the day-to-day client communication and organization.

Upon being hired on a permanent basis, my responsibilities were expanded into communicating with clients before events and assisting in coordination. My role often includes communication within my team to ensure reliable solutions to complex issues. This allows us to confidently create bespoke solutions for every single event.

In this role I was responsible for setting up events and providing any necessary services to clients and attendees during the events. I also did some audio visual work such as dealing with live audio mixing and recording talks for clients.

In this position I actively engaged with customers and evaluated product assortment and inventory. I was the main point of contact for private customers and helped them through their entire journey with us as a customer. Often I had to use problem solving and diffusing situations to give a customer a positive experience. My effect was clear on our Trustpilot.In my time here I also developed new solutions for antiquated systems. This included our returns system, closing the store and invoicing. By the end of my tenure, I had reduced paper usage by upwards of 90%, and increased employee productivity. This in turn lead to increased customer satisfaction and more repeat customers.As my responsibilities grew, I became increasingly concerned with the store's income and bottom line.

A job I took on during high-school to teach me about performing service on different types of computers and other IT equipment. This was also my first experience with customer service.My work here is why I was moved to the sister company (BrugteComputere) and promoted.
