I am a seasoned technical support specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of industrial safety and automation. My expertise lies in LiDAR technology and a diverse range of sensor technologies. Additionally, I am well-versed in PLC systems, including PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, along with relevant safety application layer protocols.In my previous role, I focused on technical support, serving as the global support specialist for LiDAR sensors and their integration. I took on lead roles in developing and conducting technical training, supporting product management and developers with product lifecycle assistance, and contributing to new product developments. Furthermore, I took on responsibilities as a technical writer for user-facing documentation, producing tutorials and best practice guides.My background is in electronics, and I started my career with the repair, calibration, and testing of both pipe welding machinery and safety sensors.
