Research, review, and compile concurrent, multiple, complex projects. Design and detail roadway features such as utility and Right-of-Way impacts, in accordance with applicable State and Federal design policies procedures. Perform right-of-way engineering and title analysis reviews of engineering plan sets. Produce plan review reports for certification. Perform coordinate geometry computer functions producing mathematical computations, necessary for developing land descriptions and quantifying land areas. Write land descriptions necessary for legal property conveyances. Compile quantitative project summaries. Perform computer aided and manual drafting functions necessary for producing maps, plats and exhibits. Provide technical support to other sections and programs regarding right-of-way engineering, land survey systems and land entitlement. Reference land and property records in order to determine real property interests, ownership's entitlement to ensure the fidelity of data on the plans. Write land descriptions used in producing legal documents and exhibits necessary for the determination and analysis of real property appraisal and estimated values and acquisition of lands. Prepare and secure execution of legal land conveyances. Produce plans, attends inspections and field questions, writes reports, prepares and reviews exhibits and attends public meetings. Review and compile land title ownership information including ownership documentation, tax assessments, mortgages, liens and other public information regarding the landowner acquisition process.
