We have developed one of the most lauded regional conferences in the Ruby community. Working with local artisans and technologists from around the world our program is ostensibly a Ruby conference but more directly it fits a group that self identifies as Rubyists.We are known for great talks, giving plenty of time for social interaction, and featuring non-conforming topics including:* Cheese* Chocolate* Music (Punk, Controllerism, Funk)* Mental Illness* Circus skills* Social Justice (Anti-oppression)* Literature* Improvisation ComedyIt's my job to source those talks and marry them in a consistent program.

Managed the relationship and project team for a project with a large consumer electronics company.

Lead the redevelopment of Bendyworks branding and identity and launched a new chapter in the company's history. Moved from primarily local-to-Madison work to projects spanning many major metropolitan areas of the country including Chicago, New York, Seattle, and San Francisco.Helped to grow the team from three full-time employees to twelve plus the addition of subcontractors local, remote, and abroad.
