Coordinating logistics and transportation of materials. Commanding creation, tracking and closing of purchase orders. Managing budgets to maximize the use and savings of resources.

Defining and implementing strategies regarding operations to maximize business profits through the sale of Real Estate. Strengthening and creating new relationships with other organisms (municipalities and notaries) to facilitate procedures and to accelerate the closing of sales.

Coordinating, planning, and executing strategic purchases of materials, parts and airplane tools, complying at all times with quality guidelines and business budgets. Managing tenders with suppliers and conducting negotiations to obtain profitable prices for the business. Supervising logistics and transportation of materials.
