I manage a team that has two sets of responsibilities. Our primary responsibility is the picking up materials needed and the timely delivery of finished products with security and client satisfaction our top priorities. Our secondary set of goals is to assist the VP of Operations with any additional tasks needed at that moment, along with daily relief throughout the administrative department to ensure a non-interruptive support for our entertainment departments. I communicate with every department in our company throughout the day to allow myself to allocate the time and resources of my team to be the most productive and efficient as possible.

Close out and balance cash registers; while filling out the paperwork for the morning bank deposit. Ensure employees were pitching daily sales packages and gift cards to customers. Resolve disputes with customers if store associates are unable to. Restock shelves and clean store after hours.
