Prepared network requirements, cost analysis / benefits for all company systems integration. Responsible for contract negotiations and vendor selection. Metrocom assisted in the design and development of the WiFi network for Inversiones Veserteca in Venezuela for the PDVSA communications network. Developed multi level multi task production models for the development of real-time a call detail reporting platform. Designed international networks for clients using PCM, VoIP, via satellite and Trans– Atlantic/Pacific Fiber systems. Systems included deployment of Siemens, Cisco VoIP, Ascend, ECI and Newbridge equipment. Project manager for facility design, backup power distribution and installation of three Siemens DCO -CS Tandem switches with an OC12 fiber backbone. Managed CLEC, LEC, IXC’s and equipment vendors. Duties included reviewing and approving and ordering network components, evaluating new data communications equipment, approving cost effective solutions for network performance. Responsible for P&L, cost containment and scheduling.

Established and operated one of South Florida’s first and leading Internet companies. Developed operations, customer service and all technical aspects of the business. Developed, managed and assigned duties to a staff of 25 Internet engineering and sales professionals. Successfully managed deployment of and became one of the largest private providers of Frame Relay and ISDN networks in South Florida.
