John Rey is a Project Accountant at Office of the City Accountant - Manila in the Barangay Accounts Division. His initial work experiences are mainly focused on the Local Government Transactions, and Trade Spend Accounting during his internship.He has experience managing the Barangay Financial Documents of the City, overseeing budgets, and reviewing accounting records for accuracy and compliance. He has conceptual and practical knowledge in Government Accounting, including related principles and standards. He is proficient in MS Office, most especially in Excel.He took Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and graduated as a Cum Laude last June 30, 2020 at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He held different positions in the PLM Supreme Student Council (highest duly constituted student government of the university) and PLM Tugon-ReSCUE (university-wide and socio-civic organization).His career objective is to pursue challenging opportunities in a reputable organization where he can utilize and expand his skills and experiences in delivering accurate performance and high quality professional services.
