As Vice Chair of the DOJ's Leadership Excellence and Achievement Program (LEAP) Alumni Association Board, my role is to enhance the program and provide a strong outreach to our LEAP alumni and stakeholders. I work closely with the Chair to ensure that our initiatives are aligned with the program's mission and goals. Together, we identify areas where the program can improve, and design and implement strategies to address them. In addition to guiding LEAP's alumni activities, I also assist the Chair in managing and leading the Alumni Association Board. Our main goal is to foster a sense of community among alumni and facilitate their ongoing professional development. Through our efforts, we hope to continue to grow and strengthen this important program.
