Jordan Reynolds is a seasoned payments executive who is currently the Head of Global Platforms & Tech-led Partners at Elavon. He has over 20 years of global payments experience where he has led payments product strategy, product management, technology development and execution across the Consumer and B2B payments landscape for banking and merchant acquiring across North America, Europe, and Latin America.As the Global Head of Platforms & Tech-led Partners within Product & Innovation at Elavon, he leads the processing platforms that generate $1BN+ in annual revenue across NA/EU/LATAM. He is responsible for Elavon's Processing systems including authorization, routing, settlement, and merchant billing. He leads commercial and technical product management & technology development to drive revenue growth, enhance capabilities, and comply with Card brand and government regulations. He leads Tech-led Strategic partners which includes sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiations, and ongoing management. He previously held the position of Head of Global Debit Commercial Product at Elavon. He was responsible for delivering new global products, services, and business models to accelerate the Debit business and open up new revenue streams that are aligned with the overall global Debit strategy. He previously held the position of Global Payments Partnership Leader at Elavon. Where he focused on revenue growth through payment networks (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/AMEX/JCB/PayPal), B2B networks, Fintechs, and other complementary payments services partnerships in North America, Europe, and Latin America.He has experience in treasury and payments strategy and product management for consumer and wholesale banking B2B payments, specifically within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Commercial Real Estate. He has over 12 years of consulting experience. He holds an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He has extensive experience in strategy consulting across multiple industries. He has led strategy consulting projects at large banks, private equity funds, non-bank financial institutions, and technology companies. He has led engagements to assess and implement new market/product opportunities, asset acquisition strategy, and acquisition due diligence/integration, structured finance, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
