    Role was performed in the context of a new manufacturing plant commissioning and startup.I led commissioning pre-work, and day to day commissioning operations for green field construction of manufacturing plant. Co-ordinated mechanical, electrical and controls teams to take idle construction to automated operations while reporting directly to the commissioning director. Processes commissioned included Pulpers, Refiners, Water Treatment, Material Batching, Ball Milling, Thickeners, Hatschek Machines, Conveying Systems, Autoclaves, Hydraulic Presses, and various Paint Applicators. Pre-work included original development of all checkout and commissioning documentation, including electrical and mechanical checks, as well as process and functional descriptions for the process. Daily operations consisted of leading mechanics, electricians, operations staff, construction crews, internal and external controls integrators towards the common goal of completing the automation of the new facility while assisting and leading technical troubleshooting. During the project, began training on Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and associated OEM hardware and software platforms.
