I've served as a leader in churches, youth and collegiate ministries for nearly two decades in organizations ranging from 100-800+ stakeholders. I've also planned and implemented large events (300+ person) as a part of the ministries. Specialties: I am skilled in creating innovative, engaging worship and learning experiences that interests/engages adults of all ages. I focus on connecting organizational ethos with the current political and cultural climate to maximize the organization's impact in their communities.I lead high-impact, multi-media teams by recruiting, training and developing both paid and volunteer leadership, vision casting and developing teaching content congruent with our vision/mission as they relate to the community’s unique cultural context.I'm the author of Empathy for the Devil: Finding Ourselves in the Villains of the Bible, published by InterVarsity Press.
