Training & Development of Beta Agents and Gig Agents. I was part of the pioneer waves that supported Beta Agents in meeting and exceeding performance expectations. My colleagues voted me to be the Community Captain of the Marinara Sauce Community. My job as a Captain is to help other Mentors within our community hit the targets and assist in developing agents by sharing best practices, analyzing previous performance, and executing the action plan. While I was the Captain, our community was the first to hit the AHT targets, and we shared our best practices with other communities that helped the whole platform lessen the amount of time the agent is on a call. A few months after, I became part of the Nesting Team(Onboarding) in preparing new hires to transition from training to production. I also become one of the Nesting Captains. I helped organize the Beta Nesting and Gig Accelerate curriculum. Before and during the transition to Gig, our Project Leader gave me different projects. I was the head of the Store Onboarding team, Short calls validation, Red flag validation, and Gig Accelerate Roster Validation. I used to work on the Cancellation rate testing and was part of the second-level validators for Red Flag and Complaints.
