As an experienced UX Researcher I help to build user research operations for software customers by educating both business teams and customers on the value of a user research process. I have extensive hands on experience conducting research using various methods including usability tests, A|B testing, card sorting, tree testing, ethnographic observations and contextual interviews using various tools such as User Zoom, UserTesting and Qualtrics. With over 15 years of experience in UX and design research, I have partnered with various business teams across different industries to build the best possible experiences for users.My passion for experience design stems from my personal journey of overcoming a childhood accident that left me with partial paralysis of the left side of my body. Since then, I have learned to observe, adapt, and innovate in every situation. I am also an Eagle Scout who loves the outdoors and camping, and I strive to share my adventurous spirit with others. I believe that by listening to users and understanding their goals and motivations, I can help leadership design delightful products and services that make a positive impact.
