Jonathan Holloway is the President and Owner of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury, Maryland and a 5th generation member of the Holloway family. Jonathan’s history with Holloway Funeral Home runs deep. In his younger years, Jonathan served as a funeral associate and support staff member. He assisted in the care of client families and in the management of Holloway Funeral Home’s state-of-the-art facilities and fleet. He a played a key role in numerous strategic projects including a progressive overhaul of pricing structures adapted to consumer preferences, introduced new advertising and marketing campaigns improving brand recognition, and analyzed market potential for new and future-focused service offerings. Today, he focuses on many of the same strategic initiatives but also ensuring the quality and continuity of care expected from those served.Prior to returning to Holloway Funeral Home in late 2018, Jonathan served 4 years with Horan & McConaty Funeral Service, most recently serving as manager of the South Denver location and Horan & McConaty affiliate, Shalom Funeral Service. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University and Associate of Science degree in Mortuary Science from Arapahoe Community College. He is a fully licensed mortician in Maryland and Delaware with a Courtesy Card License Virginia. He is also a Certified Crematory Operator in the state of Maryland.
