A UX Designer with an eye for observation and strong analytical skills. In completing CareerFoundry’s courses, I gained a great number of number skills including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. My background begins in college when I studied Game Design. I repeatedly created and iterated video game stages based on player feedback in individual and team-based settings. There isn’t a point to a video game if it isn’t fun and this taught me the value of listening to my audience’s needs. I applied the same process with my clients in Office Services to navigate what were their needs. I learned the values of offering consistent service, finding more efficient ways to do my work, and finding an easier path for clients to satisfy their needs. I want to apply my skills in a way that makes life less tedious than what it can be.Below are some of the projects I have completed through CareerFoundry:• Created a Case Study on VRV the streaming service where I followed IDEO’s Human-Centered Design and created a prototype of VRV’s mobile app with updated designs• Created a student learning and collaboration app prototype called “Studyality” that focuses on showcasing the skills I gained in UI for UX Designers courseMy goal is to break into the industry, as either a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer in a team setting.
