Juan gained his early experience working as a consultant at IBM Corporation World Headquarters in New York. While at IBM, Juan conducted research in leadership, change and innovation. Wanting to experience management, Juan led up to sixty multi-media software developers, bringing about significant performance gains and innovation.In 1997, Juan founded DecisionWise, a company he started by converting his house garage into an office. DecisionWise grew steadily into a successful firm. Today, DecisionWise provides Talent Management solutions to organizations in over 30 countries, and conducts assessments in over 20 languages. Over the last 15 years, Juan has consulted in various countries with leaders of corporations such as AT&T, Sony Pictures, Cisco Systems, General Mills, Blue Care Network, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Costco, and Nissan.Juan is also the Founding Principal at Ascent Advisor, a strategic change consulting firm specializing in vision, organization and culture. Juan is an executive coach, public speaker and author.
