José Ricardo is a professional with a solid 16-year career in the hotel sector, specializing in operational management. He has led the establishment of three hotels, from construction delivery to operational launch and achieving operational break-even. His experience includes supervision of daily operations, improvement of online reputation and active participation in the strategic negotiation that led to the alliance between German Morales Hotels and Accor®.José Ricardo has stood out in key roles, such as Hotel Director at BH Barranquilla and Mercure Bogotá BH Zona Financiera, where he collaborated in financial planning, led work teams, supervised staff and managed the comprehensive operation of the hotel. His ability to negotiate effective corporate agreements, and negotiate with suppliers and his role in financial planning have been notable. He additionally served as Night Supervisor at the Sofitel Bogotá Victoria Regia Hotel, supervising the hotel's night operations, including night audits, cash closing, and night room services. After two years, he was promoted to the position of Head of Front Office, taking on broader responsibilities such as managing and coordinating front-office staff, creating schedules, and supervising operational aspects of the hotel.
