Displaced by the pandemic, I pursued a business administration degree, leading me to the death care industry. There, I rose from funeral arranger to COO, overseeing expansion and revenue growth despite challenges. My tenure in the death care industry may be relatively brief, yet it is marked by notable achievements, including the expansion from one funeral home to two, with a third in progress. I have played a pivotal role in ensuring that the business continues to thrive, consistently surpassing prior-year revenue targets.
