My specialties include learning and development program design, global talent management, and creation of integrated mentorship programs.One of my career highlights includes leading a significant mentorship strategy for a global manufacturing leader, effectively reducing administrative burdens and automating participation for 250 global participants. At Fruit of the Loom, I was pivotal in establishing a comprehensive talent technology infrastructure and rolling out a global talent management platform across 21 countries. My efforts were recognized with multiple awards, such as the High Five Award for outstanding contributions and being a finalist for Cornerstone OnDemand’s Client RAVE award.
