- Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades over the extend list ofAvaya products including Voice Over IP, Unified Communication& Call Center applications, and 3rd party products.- Perform audits on customer’s network, plan and coordinateprojects with global customers.- Provide support to customers on a daily basis, meetings,organization and other required tasks to successfully completetheir projects.- Manage projects for customers without a service contract,present project plan including project fees, quoting andcoordination with additional teams.

- Responsible for planning and executing upgrades over the extend list of Avaya products including VoIP, Internetworking technology, Unified Communication & Call Center applications, and occasionally 3rd party products.- Perform audits on customer’s network, plan and coordinate projects with global customers.- Provide remote post-sales support for software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems, and/or applications for customers.- Provide support to end user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations.
