As Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture Platforms, Strategy, and Integration, I am at the forefront of shaping the technological landscape of our organization. My role involves steering the strategic direction of our enterprise architecture, fostering innovation, and ensuring our platforms fulfill the needs of our enterprise through measurable value. Collaborating closely with top industry professionals at Pfizer, my focus is on reuse of proven architectural patterns and creation of new ones that provide Pfizer efficiency and growth, leading to Breakthroughs that Change Patients' Lives.

Lead the transformation efforts to adopt Agile principles and frameworks across the enterprise. Drive adoption of Agile ways of working throughout the company and across all business units globally through establishment of hundreds of teams (and counting) through team, individual and executive coaching services. Lead enterprise breakthrough cycle time reductions (e.g., reductions of 50% or more) through ‘mega-process’ redesign using Kaizen events and cross functional teams. From these events, establish value streams and scaled agile (SAFe) teams for continued value delivery.

Direct accountability and responsibility for Global Commercial Systems Delivery including Portfolio, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering and Development in support of Pfizer's global commercial business units for BioPharma and Consumer Healthcare. This includes the direct leadership and management of solution delivery for Digital Marketing, Sales Force Automation\Effectiveness, and complex Mobile apps. Accountable for leadership and management of 100+ Pfizer colleagues and contractors supporting a project portfolio of $100M+ annually. Lead design and development of cloud-based products and solutions, on platforms such as salesforce.com, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Drupal, MuleSoft, and Marketo.

Managed Architecture, Engineering and Software Development team of 50+ people, accountable for DevSecOps of products and solutions across on-premise, SaaS, custom developed cloud and serverless solutions. Directly managing strategy and implementation efforts enabling our field forces with CRM/SFE solutions (Veeva and Salesforce.com) across over 45 countries. Develop\manage systems portfolio and directly manage global programs, initiative, efforts and teams to implement cloud-based commercial systems across Pfizer's Business Units on a global basis. Lead the creation of strategy related to CRM\SFE for processes including Retail Execution, Order Management, Trade Promotion Management, Sampling and Key Opinion Leader processes.

Led contact center technology strategy across Pfizer’s Diversified Businesses, was the business partner for Pfizer Nutrition global brand activation/digital marketing team. Led Agile program and acting as Product Owner and Program Lead to implement Veeva and Salesforce.com CRM solutions enabling our Pfizer Consumer field forces across 38 countries leading to reduction in applications supported and saving $10M annually while providing world class capability to field forces around the world.

Member of the Technology Leadership Team which supported HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Global Operations. Provided strategic direction and leadership for the global HR applications portfolio. Solutions managed were utilized by 85,000 employees in 68 countries and spanned all HR disciplines (including HR operations and service centers, payroll, talent planning, performance management, recruiting, learning, total rewards, HR analytics/reporting, and organizational effectiveness). Portfolio of applications included global ERP platform, global data warehouse, custom-developed and best-of-breed commercial solutions. Partnered with HR leadership to ensure that global technology solutions enabled enterprise and HR imperatives. Led staff and project teams in HR client engagement, solutions delivery, on-going maintenance, and technology governance while acting as senior HR architect for business, technology and information architecture needs globally. Designed/implemented programs to increase Pfizer’s technology ROI by minimizing costs, ensuring solutions could be leveraged worldwide, and maximizing usage through assessment, needs analysis and strategically partnered deployment efforts. Ensured compliance with applicable internal and regulatory standards. Led integrations/acquisitions and divestiture activities. Managed global platform upgrades and implementations and solution delivery. Accountable for strategy as lead architect and global HRMS product strategy lead. Held positions as PMO lead, global project management and business partner for large-scale transformational activities.Acted as overall technology program lead and engagement manager for the HR Global Shared Services program to implement colleague portal technology, colleague & manager self-service functions, data management standards and implementation of a new HR shared services architecture.

Responsible for all enterprise-wide human resource applications. Develop and implement tactical and strategic technology direction, oversee business and technology planning, application development, production support and customer relationship management. Set enterprise direction for technology implementation and standards. Manage staff of 30 employees and consultants. Accountable for an annual operating and capital budget of $6M. Responsibilities included HR data warehousing and ad-hoc reporting, compensation, eLearning, vendor management and new enterprise software acquisition, HR internet and Lotus Notes strategic planning and development.
