Continuity Coordinator
Current• Work closely with account executives to gather sales information for scheduling advertisements from numerous clients nationwide while following production deadlines• Project management – Demonstrate effective communication between sales, clients, media partners, creative and production departments to secure revenue, assure accurate ad materials and placement of final advertisements within daily deadline• Assist traffic managers through daily reports and analysis to enhance availability and optimize creative media inventory usage• Reconcile and post commercial logs for each variety of our stations, ensuring our departmental accuracy of traditional radio campaigns, client billing, and inventory usage
