Continuity Coordinator
Current- Work closely with account executives to gather sales information for scheduling advertisements from numerous clients nationwide while following production deadlines
- Project management – Demonstrate effective communication between sales, clients, media partners, creative and production departments to secure revenue, assure accurate ad materials and placement of final advertisements.
- Assist traffic managers through daily reports and analysis to enhance availability and optimize creative media inventory usage
- Reconcile and post commercial logs for each variety of our stations, ensuring our departmental accuracy of traditional radio campaigns, client billing, and inventory usage
